Truong Luu was born and raised here in Washington growing up in West Seattle area before moving to Issaquah. His upbringing in diverse cultures gives him personal knowledge and experience of these emergent markets. Before he graduated from high school, with a desire of duty and honor, Truong enlisted in the Army to serve his country. Truong quickly rose to the rank of sergeant while furthering his education by obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in business management and finance from the University of Washington. Shortly after getting his degree, he jumped into banking where he later transitioned into the mortgage industry and has been in ever since. Truong has experienced and survived through the cyclical trends of the economy from the peak of the housing boom in 2006, to the real estate/mortgage meltdown in 2008/2009 and back to the booming real estate recovery today. He carries over a decade of mortgage industry experience having held various leadership positions and been part of all different business models throughout his career. He has exceptional and proven customer service and demonstrates a strong work ethic. As a knowledgeable mortgage professional, Truong serves the states of Washington, Oregon and California.
Skilled in Jumbo, Conventional, Non-Conforming, Government FHA and VA, certified in Home Advantage/House Key programs which help first time home-buyers with down payment assistance; he has also worked directly with lenders and buyers that deal with auction financing on investment properties.
Truong resides on the east side where he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two children. He loves to experience fun and delicious dining with good company. He enjoys all sports, especially his Seahawks, being active, learning new things and traveling to places where there isn’t a shortage of sun.
